Nutrisystem Review – Day Five
I was out of bananas, so I omitted this. It is just so small and overall unsatisfying. The soups for lunch are fabulous, as are the pasta dishes. Hopefully Nutrisystem is the answer to my weight loss problems. If I know I have a dessert to look forward to, I am less likely to eat when I should have stopped. I guess part of losing weight is feeling hungry, but that is not something I am used to. However, weight loss was not that great.

Some women lost up to 13 pounds. The news gets even better for men. Looking at those pics was one of the first things I did to tell myself I could do it. And plan ahead — this can save you a lot of hassle and unnecessary stress. Also, try reading the reviews of the meals that you ordered. Lots of people give tips about adding different veggies to various meals to spice them up.

But here are 5 things I've learned while doing Nutrisystem: Eating more fruits and vegetables is the key to happiness. Sure, some of the entrees may look dinky but if you mix them with a cup of cooked veggies your entree will be far more filling.

For instance, I mixed my Pasta Parmesan with Broccoli with a cup of cooked broccoli and turned that little cardboard cup of lunch into a pretty big meal. Plus, the added produce adds to the already substantial fiber content of the Nutrisystem food, so I'm rarely hungry.

I have a whole new appreciation for portion control. Ever since I've been doing Nutrisystem, I've realized that I can get by on smaller meals. Make the program work for you.
