While it hasn't been easy, it has been worth it. I intend to continue thru the packs I have then make a decision about continuing. The way it works is they give you a breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack for each of the 5 days. As far as the price, it's really not that bad when you toss in the frequent discounts. I still lost weight even though I substituted that meal with another frozen low fat meal equivalent to that ones calories. I also didn't care for the Bean and ham soup. I enjoyed all the breakfasts and all of the snacks. I did lose 3 pounds so far but am currently only on day 3. I will purchase Nutrisystem again but may try another kit.
